After School Enrichment was the last two Thursdays and my friend, Kim, and I decided to lead a class on how to make cute little graham cracker gingerbread houses. What a hoot!!! We ended up with 10 girls - grades 3 thru 5….lots of broken crackers, lots of frosting everywhere and candy left over at the end. I think the girls did an awesome job with their houses so I’ve uploaded some pictures for you to see.

It was a lot of work to prepare - I think next year we’ll choose knitting or crocheting or something similar.
